Job Description

Eudora & Aegle Management is looking for a highly organized and personable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to oversee front office operations and provide administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while maintaining smooth office functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized reception area.
  • Perform office tasks like filing and data entry.
  • Assist with reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
