Job Description
Eurocom Stratégies is seeking a Receptionist for one of its partner hotels located in Thionville, as part of a BTS Tourism apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and inform clients, ensuring quality service.
- Manage phone calls and address inquiries.
- Handle reservations and follow up as necessary.
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
- Manage emails and maintain communication.
- Provide breakfast service if required.
