Lead development and implementation of organizational policy strategy. You will design evidence-based policies, analyze legislation and regulatory trends, manage stakeholder engagement across government, partners, and internal teams, and ensure compliance. Supervise and mentor policy staff, coordinate research and impact assessments, and translate complex issues into clear recommendations. Ideal candidate has 7+ years in public policy or regulatory affairs, proven leadership, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and experience influencing policy outcomes.
