Job Description
Join Expertlisting, a PropTech startup reshaping real estate. As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll verify property listings by contacting landlords, assist users via phone, email, or chat, resolve issues with empathy, and explain our platform. You’ll manage multiple tasks, track progress with basic tools, and maintain accuracy and professionalism. Requirements: 1–2 years in customer support (real estate a plus), excellent communication, strong organization and problem-solving, comfort with spreadsheets/support software, startup mindset, and flexible onsite availability. Full-time onsite role. Pay: ₦500–₦1,00 per day.
