Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Associate to join our team at Express Resource Connect. In this role, you will mobilize Assets Under Management (AUM) and drive revenue growth, with a commission-based compensation structure that offers unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize AUM through effective sales strategies.
- Identify potential clients and promote financial products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for maximum earnings.
Requirements:
- Aged 45 years or younger as of December 2025.
- Relevant experience in a financial institution.
- OND, HND, or BSc required.
