Job Description
Are you a strategic thinker with extensive experience in treasury or financial risk management? Join ExpressResource Connect’s dynamic finance team as an Asset and Liabilities Management (ALM) Lead. In this role, you will maintain the financial stability of the organization by managing interest rate and liquidity risks, optimizing the balance sheet, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ALM strategies.
- Monitor interest rate risk and liquidity gaps.
- Perform financial modeling and stress testing.
- Analyze balance sheet for optimal alignment.
- Collaborate with finance teams and ensure compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CFA or equivalent is a plus; previous experience in banking treasury.
