Job Description
Our client, FactBase Consulting Limited, seeks an honest, experienced Chief Security Officer to oversee security across subsidiaries in Shagamu and Ota. Responsibilities include assigning duties, preparing shift schedules, maintaining adequate staffing, enforcing company policies, safety procedures and legal compliance, liaising with law enforcement and emergency responders, and organizing periodic training on emergency response, conflict management and customer service. Requirements: B.Sc./HND in Security Management, Criminology, Cybersecurity or related fields; minimum five years in security management; strong military, paramilitary or corporate security background; experience in manufacturing or factory environments. Competitive, highly negotiable salary. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
