Job Description
Lead and grow our retail banking sales team to exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Manage branch and digital sales channels, set KPIs, coach high-performing teams, develop incentive programs, and collaborate with marketing and product to drive cross-sell.
Requirements: 8+ years in retail banking sales leadership, strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, relationship management, and a proven track record of meeting targets.
