Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office, managing front-desk operations and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and callers.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling mail, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating with staff to support daily office activities.
Requirements: high school diploma, strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer literacy, and ability to prioritize tasks. Previous reception or administrative experience is preferred.
