Job Description
At Ferdie Marie in Victoria Island, we seek a full-time Bid Specialist (₦250,00–₦300,00/month). You will manage end-to-end bid processes: prepare, review, and submit compliant, competitive proposals; conduct research; coordinate with internal teams; maintain bid records; and track industry trends to improve win rates. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field, have proven bid management or proposal writing experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication, and can meet tight deadlines while handling multiple bids.
