Job Description

Fhenix Africa seeks a friendly, organized, tech‑savvy Customer Support (Customer Service & Front Desk Officer) to welcome learners, parents, and visitors. You will manage front desk operations, phone/email inquiries, registrations, check‑ins, and basic CRM tasks; assist with onboarding and access to learning platforms; log payments and service requests; escalate technical or academic concerns; and gather feedback to improve service. Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s, strong spoken and written English, excellent communication, multitasking, and basic computer/CRM skills required. Weekend availability as needed. EdTech, social media, or prior front desk/customer service experience is a plus. Full-time, in-person. Pay from ₦70,00/month.
