Job Description
Seek an experienced Laboratory and Diagnostics Advisor to lead diagnostic strategy, strengthen laboratory systems, and ensure quality and compliance. You will develop and implement testing protocols, support point-of-care and molecular diagnostics, train staff, monitor performance indicators, and advise on equipment and procurement. Collaborate with clinicians, public health teams, and partners to optimize workflow and data reporting. Requirements: bachelor’s or master’s in medical laboratory science, 5+ years in clinical diagnostics, strong knowledge of QA/QC, regulatory standards, and excellent communication skills.
