Job Description
The Associate Director, Technical leads engineering strategy and execution for complex software and infrastructure projects. You will oversee architecture, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, secure, and scalable delivery. Responsibilities include mentoring senior engineers, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, enforcing best practices for reliability and compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires 8+ years in technical leadership, deep experience with cloud platforms, system design, and DevOps practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of delivering enterprise solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
