Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Officer to manage and grow client portfolios while delivering outstanding service. You will build strong relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, resolve client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate CRM records. Duties include client onboarding, preparing reports, meeting performance targets, and supporting business development. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in banking, financial services, or client-facing roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, sales aptitude, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office. Professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
