Job Description
FIPS Multilinks Limited, a leading real estate development and marketing company in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist. This full-time hybrid role includes responsibilities such as managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and training new hires. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Qualifications for this position include experience in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing, strong training skills, excellent communication abilities, and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
