Job Description
FIPS Multilinks Limited, a real estate development and marketing company based in Ibadan, Oyo State, is seeking a full-time Recruiter. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions. Your daily tasks will include conducting interviews, posting job openings, onboarding hires, and maintaining recruitment channels. We value strong interviewing skills and excellent communication abilities, as well as experience in the real estate industry as a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
