Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria is seeking a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in our establishment. You will supervise and support our staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling employees, monitoring performance, and upholding customer service standards.
Manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and assist in developing operational policies. Your goal is to foster a positive dining experience while complying with health and safety regulations.
