Job Description
Lead maintenance and safety across outlets: develop preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen appliances; perform inspections; coordinate repairs; manage vendors, contracts and compliance (health, safety, fire, environmental); train staff on safety; control facility budget; monitor utilities and cost-saving measures; respond to emergencies and support refurbishments/new outlet setups. Full-time. Pay: ₦120,00–₦150,00/month. Location: In person.
