Job Description
Become a crucial member of First Ally as a Marketing Officer, focusing on building and nurturing business relationships with current and prospective customers. Your role includes prospecting, selling, converting, and maintaining new client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Grow liability and quality risk assets
- Evaluate credit applications and monitor loan repayments
Qualifications:
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any field
- 2-5 years of microfinance experience
- Strong communication and analysis skills
