Job Description
First Excelsia Professional Services Limited seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative in Lagos. The role manages customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels, resolves complaints, updates CRM records, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least two years of customer service experience (telecommunications experience a plus), excellent verbal and written communication, strong conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer proficiency.
