Job Description
Firstfruit Housing Limited, a real estate development and investment company, is recruiting a Site Engineer in Abuja. Responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, conducting site surveys, setting lines and levels, inspecting work for quality, supervising crews, managing site logistics and equipment access, enforcing strict safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes. Candidates should have an HND or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related), a minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate construction and infrastructure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and COREN certification is an advantage.
