Job Description
Join FirstRand as an Intern to rotate across selected departments, gaining hands-on experience and a broad understanding of the financial industry. You will help develop a service culture that builds client relationships and drives innovation; promote organizational cooperation for professional service delivery; support cost-effective sourcing and employer branding; oversee documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement; comply with legislative and audit governance; provide efficient administrative support through planning, reporting, and information updates; and take ownership of your professional development.
