Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to lead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team at FirstRand. This role requires a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, fostering a risk-aware culture.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. A degree in finance or business administration is preferred.
