Job Description
FLEXI MFB seeks a reliable, self-driven Phone Collection Agent to support Customer Finance and Recovery. You will perform on-site follow-ups and phone collections for users with outstanding balances; negotiate repayment terms, secure settlements, and accurately record interactions while following FCCPC and company compliance. This targets-driven role requires strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and data-entry skills, integrity, and the ability to manage difficult conversations. Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc in a related field; prior experience in collections, customer service, telesales, or call centers is advantageous. Contract. Pay: ₦150,00–₦180,00 per month.
