Job Description
Flinx Realty is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Lagos. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will ensure a warm welcome and smooth front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to guests and visitors.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries and manage complaints promptly.
- Maintain organized guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security for excellent service.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
