Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria is seeking an experienced Head of Operations for our Merchant Lending division. This full-time position is based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a competitive salary ranging from 1,500,00 to 2,500,00 Naira monthly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing large-ticket merchant loans, a strong understanding of credit risk assessment, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing merchant loan operations, developing workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
