Job Description
- Flight Booking & Ticketing
- Search, quote, reserve, and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
- Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Reconfirm reservations and ensure correct fare rules are applied.

- Fare Quotation & Advisory
- Provide accurate fare quotes and routing options.
- Explain fare conditions, baggage allowance, refund and change penalties.
- Advise clients on the most cost-effective and suitable flight options.

- Reservation Management
- Modify, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets when required.
- Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and involuntary rerouting.
- Manage group bookings and special requests (meals, seats, wheelchairs, infants).

- Customer Service
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Provide travel information such as check-in times, transit rules, and airline policies.
- Handle complaints and resolve ticketing issues professionally.

- Payment & Documentation
- Process payments and issue e-tickets and invoices.
- Ensure passenger names match travel documents exactly.
- Maintain accurate booking and payment records.

- Coordination with Airlines & Suppliers
- Liaise with airlines for booking support, waivers, and special approvals.
- Monitor airline updates, fare changes, and travel advisories.

- Compliance & Accuracy
- Follow airline, IATA, and agency ticketing policies.
- Avoid booking errors that may cause penalties or ADM (Agency Debit Memos).
- Ensure confidentiality of client information.

- After-Sales Support
- Provide post-ticketing support before and during travel.
- Assist with missed flights, rebooking, and emergency travel changes.

- Sales & Revenue Support
- Upsell additional services: travel insurance, seat upgrades, extra baggage, hotels.
- Meet booking targets and contribute to agency revenue growth.

- Reporting & Record Keeping
- Maintain daily sales and ticketing reports.
- Track issued, voided, refunded, and reissued tickets.
- Support audit and reconciliation processes.
