Job Description
- Visa Assessment & Advisory
- Advise clients on visa requirements for different countries.
- Assess client profiles (travel history, finances, purpose of travel) to determine eligibility.
- Recommend suitable visa types (tourist, business, study, transit, etc.).

- Document Preparation & Verification
- Provide clients with accurate document checklists.
- Review and verify documents for completeness and correctness.
- Ensure supporting documents meet embassy/consulate standards.

- Application Processing
- Complete visa application forms accurately (online or paper).
- Schedule visa appointments (embassies, VFS, TLS, Capago, etc.).
- Track application status and keep clients updated.

- Client Interview Preparation
- Prepare clients for embassy interviews where applicable.
- Conduct mock interviews and guide clients on answering confidently and truthfully.

- Liaison with Embassies & Visa Centres
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
- Follow up on applications and respond to embassy queries.
- Stay updated on changes in visa rules and policies.

- Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure all applications comply with immigration laws and regulations.
- Maintain ethical standards and avoid misrepresentation.
- Protect client data and confidentiality.

- Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of all visa applications.
- Track approval/refusal rates and prepare reports for management.
- Archive client documents securely.

- Handling Refusals & Appeals
- Explain refusal reasons clearly to clients.
- Advise on reapplication strategies or appeal options where allowed.
- Improve client profiles for future applications.

- Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Provide timely updates and professional support.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and expectations.
- Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
