Job Description
FMR ACADEMY is looking for a dedicated Travel Agency Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. As a Ticketing Officer, you will handle ticket reservations, sales, and customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bookings and manage ticket sales.
- Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries.
- Handle payment processing and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Use ticketing software to issue/manage tickets.
