Job Description
Job Summary: The FOCALE Sales Executive plays a crucial role in both retail and wholesale sales, managing inventory while ensuring high levels of customer engagement. This proactive position requires an individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to enhance revenue growth effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales by engaging with retail and wholesale customers.
- Upsell products and convert walk-in customers into bulk buyers.
- Manage inventory and accurately record sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or OND in Business or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
