Job Description
Location: Lagos Island (with one site in Apapa)
Salary: ₦500,00 – ₦600,00 monthly
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee various properties, including commercial and residential sites. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, maintenance activities, budget monitoring, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field
- Proven experience in managing multi-site properties
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
