Job Description
FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING in Lagos seeks a Product Assurance Analyst (Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management). You will ensure end-to-end revenue assurance across Voice, SMS, Data, VAS and Financial Services; review products for process gaps and revenue risks; execute ATP/UAT, risk analysis, rollouts, post-implementation and regression testing; ensure timely termination of expired tariffs and promotions; and assist with billing and network integrations. Requirements: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred), 1+ year relevant experience, strong analytical skills, telecom revenue assurance knowledge, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and teamwork.
