Job Description
Fort Knox Outsourcing seeks a Billing Support Officer to manage billing operations: accurate data entry, validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution across systems. Produce Excel/Power BI reports, maintain audit-ready records, collaborate with finance and operations, and suggest workflow improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Statistics, Finance, Business Administration or related field; experience in data analysis or billing; ability to handle large datasets. Preferred: advanced Excel, basic SQL, Power BI, billing systems/Oracle. Immediate start; full-time; Lagos.
