Job Description
Provide executive administrative and coordination support to the Chairman
Manage calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence, and briefing materials
Coordinate Board and Committee meeting logistics, documentation, and action tracking
Support engagements with regulators, MDAs, institutions, donors, and development partners
Track donor- related commitments, reporting timelines, and compliance documentation
Serve as liaison between the Chairman’s office and key stakeholders
Maintain efficient office systems and support process improvements
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, Management, or related field
6–8 years’ experience in executive or senior administrative roles
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or GPO environments is an advantage
Exposure to donor-funded or development partner programs
Experience supporting senior executives, boards, or government officials
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Additional Requirements:
Local industry experience required
Foreign-trained exposure is an advantage
LL.B qualification is an added advantage.
