Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager based in Abuja, Nigeria, to lead our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and generating measurable transactions on our digital platforms using modern, data-driven marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Nigerian market.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including social media, website content, and campaign storytelling.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach.
  • Track and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across all marketing channels.
  • Develop, manage, and report on marketing budgets and expenses.
  • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within the Nigerian market.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and content creation.
  • Proven experience in brand building and growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to track CAC, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Experience managing influencer and partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Based in Abuja, with a strong understanding of local consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and ad managers.
