Job Description
Frontier Homes, a purpose-driven real estate company, seeks a motivated Commission Sales Associate (part-time, hybrid/on-site in Lagos) to drive estate sales and help clients achieve homeownership. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, promoting developments, closing sales to meet targets, conducting market research, and maintaining client portfolios. Candidates must have 3 years of sales experience, an undergraduate qualification (NCE/OND/HND/BSc), strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Must be Lagos-based (preferably Alimosho areas: Egbeda, Dopemu, Iyanu Ipaja, Igando, Ayobo-Ipaja). Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented candidates with knowledge of real estate trends are encouraged to apply.
