Job Description
Frontier Homes, a purpose-driven real estate company, seeks motivated Commission Sales Executives for a hybrid on-site role in Lagos. You will identify and pursue prospects, promote estates, assist buyers, drive sales to meet targets, and maintain client portfolios. Required: NCE/OND/HND/BSc, minimum 2 years sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, market research skills, professionalism, and self-motivation. Must be Lagos-based (preferably Alimosho: Egbeda, Dopemu, Iyanu-Ipaja, Igando, Ayobo-Ipaja). Part-time, commission-focused role with clear KPIs; candidates must handle client inquiries and build lasting relationships.
