Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Advisor to join our team in Abuja. This pivotal role focuses on driving business growth through strategic Business-to-Government (B2G) sales, high net-worth individuals, and enhancing awareness of our diverse investment products and services.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to effectively engage with government stakeholders to fulfill their investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with government agencies and officials to understand their financial goals and investment needs.
- Actively promote and sell Gabs Financial Services Limited’s investment products and services.
- Organize and conduct product/service enlightenment sessions, workshops, and seminars targeting government stakeholders to increase financial literacy and product uptake.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized investment solutions aligned with government policies and priorities.
- Prepare and present detailed investment proposals, reports, and market analyses to government clients.
- Monitor financial markets, regulatory changes, and competitor activities affecting government investment portfolios.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all advisory activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s strategic growth objectives.
- Provide continuous post-sale support and advisory services to maximize client satisfaction and investment performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in investment advisory or financial sales with a focus on Individuals, Business-to-Business (B2B), and Business-to-Government (B2G) transactions.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, and investment frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior government officials.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis software.
