Job Description
Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer with 3 to 7 years post-call experience to join our team as a Legal Manager. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, ensure compliance with mining and corporate regulations, handle contractual agreements, and represent the company’s interests in all legal matters.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice on operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification, with strong knowledge of corporate and mining law.
