Job Description
Gas 360 seeks remote Call Center Agents in Nigeria for its Clean Cooking Project. Handle inbound/outbound calls, educate customers on clean cooking products and benefits, resolve inquiries and complaints, maintain accurate call logs and customer records, and support sales and retention. Requirements: excellent communication, fluency in English and Hausa, prior call center or customer service experience preferred, strong listening and customer-focused mindset, and basic computer proficiency.
