Job Description
Gbyte Place Management Services seeks a dedicated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve complaints; provide accurate product and policy information; process orders, returns, and exchanges; maintain detailed interaction records; and collaborate across teams to improve service. Requirements: proven customer service experience, completed NYSC with valid discharge certificate, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, HND required, and 1 year of related experience preferred. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
