We are a leading real estate company, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in properties while providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property search and stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, developers, and potential buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in estate management, business, marketing, and other related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Resident in Ibadan, Oyo state
