Responsibilities:
- Recruit merchants and POS agents, execute onboarding, KYC, and activation.
- Provide timely support for transaction issues and maintain communication to reduce churn.
- Monitor transaction metrics using OneCollect dashboard.
- Submit weekly activity reports and escalate unresolved issues.
- Participate in syncs and workshops to share best practices.
Requirements:
- Must reside around Obalende – Ajah axis.
- Good communication and strong marketing skills.
- Flexibility to attend to customers on the field.
Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
