Job Description
Giasun Technology Nigeria Limited seeks an experienced HRBP to drive staff engagement initiatives and create a positive, productive workplace. You will develop and implement engagement strategies aligned with business objectives, analyze employee feedback and sentiment data to identify trends and improvement areas, and coach managers on engagement and retention best practices. Minimum 4 years in HR business partnering or a similar role required. Candidates must have strong knowledge of staff engagement strategies, excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Full-time; pay: ₦250,00.00 per month.
