Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Technical to lead engineering and product infrastructure, manage technical teams, set architecture strategy, and ensure scalable, secure systems. You will oversee deployments, mentoring, hiring, cross-functional collaboration with product and operations, drive the technical roadmap, establish best practices, manage budget oversight, and monitor KPIs. Required: 8+ years of engineering experience, 3+ years in leadership, strong background in distributed systems, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and security. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Preferred: degree in CS or related field and experience with agile methodologies. This role reports to the CTO.
