Job Description
We are hiring a Factory Operator to run and monitor production machinery, perform setup, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include operating equipment, following safety procedures, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining clean work areas.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, ability to lift 50 lbs, attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts. Prior factory experience is a plus.
