Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor at GKGS Consulting oversees daily restaurant operations, supervising waiters, bartenders and F&B staff to ensure smooth workflow during split shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring food service quality and presentation, coordinating with the kitchen for timely service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, training and scheduling staff, and professionally resolving guest complaints. Candidates should have at least 2 years’ restaurant supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. Full-time position.
