Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks a warm, professional Hospitality Customer Service Representative in Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary ₦70,00–₦80,00/month; immediate start. You will greet guests, handle walk-ins, calls, and reservations, provide service and pricing information, manage and resolve guest complaints courteously, maintain an organized front desk, record guest details and feedback, and support other hospitality tasks to enhance guest satisfaction. Candidates must hold SSCE/OND, have at least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality preferred), strong communication skills, a presentable and service-oriented demeanor, multitasking ability, and reliability. This is a full-time, permanent position.
