Job Description
We seek an experienced Lounge Manager for our premium brand in Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00/month. Full-time, permanent, immediate start. Duties: supervise lounge operations, train/schedule staff, resolve guest complaints, manage inventory and hygiene, coordinate bar/kitchen/service teams, control costs and run promotions. Requirements: 2+ years as Lounge/Bar Manager or Hospitality Supervisor, strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage staff under pressure, organized and results-driven. Available to start immediately; include brief relevant experience.
