Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee daily operations at our Surulere location. You will supervise restaurant and bar service, manage staff schedules, training and performance, coordinate kitchen and front-of-house teams, monitor inventory and reduce waste, and uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food/beverage compliance. Drive promotions to increase sales, handle guest complaints professionally, and prepare basic sales and operations reports. Requirements: proven restaurant/bar management experience, strong leadership and communication, ability to multitask under pressure, organized and customer-focused. Full-time, permanent. Immediate resumption. Salary ₦150,00–₦180,00 monthly. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lounge Manager.
